Attend Mandatory Team Placement Evaluations
MANDATORY PLAYER EVALUATIONS are for team placement purposes only.
A parent MUST be present at Check-In to attend a Short Orientation Meeting.
Players will have an opportunity at the Evaluations to request preferred practice times (there are no guarantees).
See Below for Pratice Time combos.
Teams will be posted on the Club Website on Friday, January 27.

Additional Registration Forms and the Program Fee will be due by February 1.
The Registration Forms and Fee can be turned in at the Team Placement Evaluations or prior to beginning practices.
NOTE: Forms and Program Fee are due no later than FEBRUARY 1, 2012 or your daughter cannot practice!
