CLUB FEES are all-inclusive of regular base dues and travel costs for the travel players to attend overnight tournaments during the regular season. We do our best to provide a service where there are no additional expenses or surprise travel costs for players during the course of the season. The Club takes care of overnight arrangements for the players and coaches during the regular SCVA season.
This makes a difference when comparing costs and convenience to other clubs!

CLUB FEES for Travel and Blenders programs cover the costs of tournament registrations, uniform packages, coaches' salaries, facility rentals and miscellaneous operating expenses of the Club for the regular season.

For TRAVEL TEAMS, the lodging and meal costs for the players and coaches are included for the overnight tournaments including the JN Qualifier and the Las Vegas Invitational (as well as the transportation expense for all coaches). All hotel arrangements for the players and coaches will be handled by the Club. However, players will be responsible for their own payment and arrangements for transporation to the Vegas Invitational, JN Qualifier AND the post-season tournament. (updated 12/1/09)

*Costs and arrangements FOR PARENTS are not included for any SCVA or post season tournament. Parents wishing to attend tournaments will be directed to our travel agent and hotel websites to arrange their own accommodations.
