16-1	2-1 (Second)	Crush Locals Only Long Beach	26-24, 25-15 25-17, 16-25, 15-13 ??, 16-25	Jen Murphy played solid in the backrow, while and Kristen Kuntz set especially well all day. We had some great serving, as well as blocks in the middle, by Hadley Simmons.

17	2-1 (First)	Protege 18-Adrian Royal Palms 18-Grn White Lightning 18-X	25-21, 25-22 25-7, 25-11 14-25, 25-9, 15-17	The whole team was able to come together and work as one to win our pool. Katie Wilkes was able to come into each match and play great defense and also was able to come up with tough serves at critical points.
18	2-1 (Second)	San Gabriel RoShambo 18 Club West 18-Gold Encinitas 18		It was nice to see these girls compete all day long. They were able to respond from a disappointing loss early in the morning and play very well in our final two matches, thus starting the season in Division 2. We lost our first match, to the top seed, 18-16 in the third game (to go to Division 1). As a team we are improving on minimizing our unforced errors. Eva Gabrielson and Kristen Dealy played great in all three matches.
