LAS VEGAS INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT 2010

All 17’s & 18’s teams will travel and compete in the SCVA 2010 Las Vegas Invitational Tournament on February 13-15.

HOTEL
Lodging arrangements have been made for players, coaches and chaperones only.
Costs for Lodging for players and coaches have been collected through the program fees.

Players will depart to Vegas Friday, February 12 and return home on Monday evening, February 15.

The players, coaches and chaperones will be staying at:

The player rooms have double bedding. Players will stay 3 or 4 to a room, and one room per team for coaches and one room per team for chaperone, have been budgeted and arranged.

**Parents are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements.
There are a limited number of rooms for parents saved at the team hotel - SEE BELOW to reserve asap!
Extra Club rooms have all been booked.

TRANSPORTATION
Teams are responsible for setting up and paying for their own transportation
Please discuss with your coach before making arrangements. If traveling separately from the teams, you must confirm with your coach as to when the players should arrive at the hotel Friday evening!

MEALS
The cost for meals for the players and coaches has been collected through the program fees.
The Team Chaperone will receive a meal reimbursement check and will determine meal arrangements throughout the tournament.  Meals and outings will be planned as team activities.

SPENDING MONEY
You may want to provide your daughter with a little extra spending money in case the team may want to do a team outing, and there will be T-Shirts and apparel for sale at the tournament.

Your coach will provide you with more information as the team makes plans.
