2010 OVERNIGHT TOURNAMENTS & HOTEL INFO

TRANSPORATION ARRANGEMENTS
Teams are responsible for setting up and paying for their own transportation for overnight tournaments.

PLAYER MEALS
The cost for meals has been collected through the Club fees. Meals and outings will be planned as team activities. The Team Chaperone will receive a meal reimbursement check and will determine meal arrangements throughout the tournament. You may want to provide your daughter with some extra spending money for tournament tees or last minute necessities.

PLAYER/TEAM HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Club has chosen a centrally located hotel for all teams to stay together.
Hotel arrangements for the teams only have been made and the funds to pay the cost of the team’s lodging have been collected through the program fees. Several rooms for players to share (3-4 players per room), one room for the coach, and one room for the chaperone, have been arranged for the team and the Club will pay the hotel directly.

*If the team decides to leave the night before the tournament or would like more player rooms, it is up to the team to make those arrangements with the hotel directly and payment for the addtional night and/or rooms on their own!

A “PARENT BLOCK” has been reserved at all hotels for those parents wishing to stay overnight at the same hotel as the team. Parents must call in or use the web link provided below with their individual credit cards to reserve those rooms and are totally responsible for their own reservations. These rooms are on a first come, first serve basis AND will be released after the Call-In date, so be sure to make your arrangements early!
